Anne has forged a successful career in the public, not for profit and corporate sectors. Anne presently leads the American Egg Board, the marketing arm of the U.S. egg industry directing campaigns in advertising, PR and consumer education. She previously led the marketing agency for the U.S. Department of Agriculture with a multi-billion dollar budget and 4,300 workers; Vice President at Kraft Foods; Senior Vice President at the National Foreign Trade Council and as a diplomat at the U.S. Embassy, Mexico. Anne received her MBA from the University of Chicago; JD from the Kent College of Law.

Ms. Casiano is the first Hispanic woman to serve on a top five “Fortune 100” corporate board of directors. A member of the board of Ford Motor Company, Mutual of America, and formerly Mead Johnson Nutrition Company, Ms. Casiano brings deep board knowledge and U.S. Hispanic and global experience. Philanthropically, she serves on the boards of the Hispanic Scholarship Fund; Moffitt Cancer Center (Tampa); the Latino Corporate Directors Association; and is former Chair of the Young Presidents’ Organization, Puerto Rico. A graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Business School, she is the married mother of two children.

Roxanne Nava is the Executive Director of Metropolitan Family Services’ Northwest side, which includes Evanston and Skokie. Roxanne’s 30yrs of business expertise include being the former Chief Small Business Officer for the City of Chicago. Roxanne serves on the board of the Illinois Finance Authority and Access to Care. Other boards include City Colleges of Chicago, Leadership Greater Chicago (2010 Fellow), the Cook County State’s Attorney Latino Advisory Council, among others. Civic leadership awards from the Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Illinois Legislative Latino Caucus Foundation, Hispanic Alliance from Career Enhancement, and other notable achievements.
